Can I get my money back? Cant contact suport. Cant register. Cant change weigh. Just payed all most 10 dolars for an app that does not work.

So far the app will not even allow me to register so I can not get access to many of the options and the in app purchase of recipes does nothing. Appears that I have paid almost $15 for a weight tracker that I could have written down myself in a notebook.

The most important key to success on the HCG program is planning ahead. This app allowed me to do that and more. A GREAT tool to guide you along in the program. Im almost at the end of phase 2, and thanks to this app, I didnt struggle too much.

I just made the purchase loaded my week of information and had no issues. When I tried to register 4 times, all I got was an "ok" response but nothing ever got set up. Do, I said no issue I can still use the app. I should have stopped myself. I purchased the recipe app, my account was deducted but I have not gotten access to the recipes ( cost $4 on top of the app). Very disappointed early on and only day 2 of my journey. Better yet I cant even access the tech help because you need to be registered. Oh yes, thats right I couldnt register. A total waist and you cant even print your weekly food list. I want my recipes to work or my money back, please.

Not only do you lose years worth of data but the simplicity of the previous version is gone. This use to be an amazing app. Now, DO NOT waste your time and money. There are much more user friendly HCG apps out there.

Was in the middle of protocol and update erased all history...everything - including all my login information. No more recipes and difficulties adding meal plan despite the video. So disappointed

Im very annoyed that your new update lost ALL my data due to the new update! I was in the middle of protocol and all my history is gone!!

Like previous reviewers, I too am really irritated at losing all of my data in the middle of a round! Yes, I backed up regularly, but the back up only seems to work one way--so the data on my computer wont transfer back to my device, where I actually use the app. So I tried to retroactively start the round over on the app, but cant because Im doing a 40 day round per Dr Simeons original protocol and this app now only allows for 24 day rounds. Seriously? You cant take something like that away when you market yourself as an app to track the Hcg diet! Guess its time to find a new app so I dont have to worry about losing all my data again the next time an update is pushed out and so I can actually track a whole round.

I paid $11 for this app on my phone. I am in the 2nd week of round 2 and have lost ALL of my data! Not only have I lost it, I cant retrieve it from the back up for that matter, it erased my log in. This new and "improved" app is not user friendly at all. Very upset!

I cant open the app. I am regretting this purchase. I just really wish I could use this app!

There are so many things you can do with the app. It has a challenge part which engages you with others in the app to help me meet my goals. Very useful just for that. True the settings for multiple rounds were a bit hard to figure out because the buttons are small, but works fine and lost 5 lbs already!!!

You complete ruined this app with the new version! Lost all of my data for a year! I wouldnt recommend spending my money on this app!

I lost all my history and now with all the fancy bells and whistles I cant even track the most basic of things like my daily meals. What a waste. of $10. Dont fix it if it aint broke.

What did you do to this app?? It is so confusing now. It was fine before you made all these updates. Now I cant figure it out and the recipe portion I purchased as an add on is not working. This is horrible.

Ive twiddled with this app for the past 15 min. Some of the new features dont work. Drag and drop meal planning doesnt work. The help videos dont work. Please resurrect the old version of the app. It was far more intuitive. I shouldnt have to work so hard to log my progress and key activities.

This App is not very user friendly. I liked it better before the update. My biggest complaint is that it doesnt show you how many total pounds you lost. It only shows "pounds to goal"...irritating.

This app is one of the worst Ive ever used for the HCG diet I have had much better and easier to use technology with other programs. Ive tried several times to enter my goal and to figure out where everything is its way too busy, not user-friendly. I understand why this app is free do yourself a favor and spend the two dollars and find something that works!

Its an OK app. Id prefer to be able to actually track everything Ive eaten- whether I stuck to the plan or not. It also freezes up a lot.

I purchased this app for like $10 a few years. It wasnt great then. But this update is HORRIBLE. Its pretty but NONE of the features work. Big fat disappointment.

I like the addition of the water counter. I dislike trying to figure out what different colors around the days on phase 3 actually mean. I prefer being able to check off foods as I eat them as before. Absolutely need a total lbs lost. After you reach the goal even if you lose a few more pounds it just says zero to goal. So far trying to use the app for p3 is useless. Adequate but missing the simplicity and functionality of the previous app that I paid $10 for.
