Disappointing

I purchased this app for $10 when it originally came out, the old version was great. Easy to use and I loved it. Now I have trouble navigating and signing into the group support. Ive send several messages to tech support and heard nothing. I feel this app has just been ignored since they came out with the pro version which Im not paying for because they will probably just quit updating it as well.
